This Cancellation/Refund Policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds for orders placed on dailychoicemeals.com. Please review this policy carefully before ordering.
1. Eligibility for Cancellations
- Single Orders: May be cancelled within 1 hour or before preparation begins. Lunch cancellations must be before 10:00 AM IST, dinner before 6:30 PM IST.
- Subscription Plans: Must be cancelled or paused at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
- Prepaid Subscriptions: Cancellations before the first delivery may be eligible for full refunds.
- Non-Delivery: Due to our error, eligible for full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Incorrect or Damaged Meals: Eligible for full refund or replacement.
- Quality Issues: Refund or credit if reported within 24 hours.
- Significant Delivery Delays: Eligible for partial or full refund.
- Non-Delivery: Due to our fault, full refund eligible.
- Cancelled Orders: Within allowed window, full refund eligible.
- 28-Day Plans:
- 100% refund if requested in first week.
- 75% refund if requested in second week.
- 50% refund after second week.
- 7-Day or Less Packs: No refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind post preparation or dispatch.
- Issue not reported within 24 hours.
- Dislike of taste if matching description.
- Incorrect/inaccessible address or unavailability at delivery time.
- Late subscription cancellation after prep started.
- Failure to provide delivery access.
- Cancellations after 10:00 AM (lunch) or 6:30 PM (dinner).
4. Time Frame for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or scheduled delivery for non-delivered orders.

6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds processed to original method via Razorpay in 5–7 business days.
- UPI/card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Email confirmation sent upon refund initiation.
- Pro-rata refunds for subscriptions as per Section 2, minus processing fees.
7. Subscription-Specific Policies
- Pausing: Up to 7 days/month with 24-hour prior notice. Subscription extended, no refund.
- Modifications: Must be made before 10:00 AM for lunch, 6:30 PM for dinner.
- Termination: Allowed anytime, refunds per Section 2.
8. Food Safety and Allergies
All meals comply with FSSAI (License No. 10424000001841). You must inform us of allergies. No refund for allergic reactions if ingredients were disclosed and correctly prepared.
